She coined the term Happeace to define the perfect blend of happiness and peace she seeks for clients and the consumer goods she creates. Her communication style is visionary with a BIG picture perspective, which bodes well for her create-to-finalize approach to work and projects across sectors.

RoseMarie achieved the Top 1% in Sales Volume in a prominent Dallas real estate brokerage of more than 1,900 agents under seven years of being new to Texas. She repeated this performance with Engel & Völkers, a Global Luxury Brand founded in Germany with their US headquarter in Manhattan, within her first 15 months of production. Dallas’ D MAGAZINE recognized RoseMarie with the Top Producing Real Estate Agent Award for 2022, 2021, and 2020.

She is the creator and co-host of HÔMCAST, a real estate podcast. An entrepreneur with a background in international design, product development, manufacturing, wholesale and retail sales that transcend into her passion for real estate on a global platform and for people in the products and programs she creates and spearheads in and outside of the real estate.

A former athlete from a family of world-class swimmers, she has focus and discipline in her DNA. An early record holder in Quebec, at 13, she set out to become the youngest female swimmer to cross the English Channel. There’s a great story behind the stormy, 57°F (13.9°C) water between Calais and Dover; if you ask her, she’ll share a tale few have experienced.

Born in Montreal, Canada, French-educated, she profoundly appreciates her culture’s richness. A scholar-athlete, she graduated high school at 16 with honors in Art; at 19, she signed her first commercial loan launching a start-up while still in college. Her creativity shaped new products sold across North America and impacted how Corporate America relocated employees in the 1990s.

The brainchild of SIRVA’s SafetyNet UnBuyout with 25 years of experience in real estate spanning from Virginia, Florida, and Texas, leading her to California and Nevada; in 1997, the Employee Relocation Council, Washington DC, awarded RoseMarie with a Meritorious Award for her contributions to the industry. She was a Fortune 500 Company’s first-hired Corporate Relocation Manager, responsible for a $17M budget in 1993. In this role, she created income-producing programs. She was accountable for over seven years for 1,250 annual US relocations and international assignments, policy development, vendor contracts management, and training programs. Later directed sales in national relocation services before returning to residential real estate.

She executes yet is relational and navigates with a mindset that having persistence, patience, passion, integrity, and grit in negotiations are more critical to successful outcomes than just knowing the markets and industries she works in and consults. Her network is proven and deep, and her clientèle is global and generational, with circles of influence nurtured.
