RoseMarie is a creative thinker, and a motivator who lives inspired and likes to inspire. Her communication style is visionary with a BIG picture perspective, which bodes well for her create-to-finalize approach to work and projects across sectors. She coined the term Happeace to define the perfect blend of happiness and peace that she seeks for her clients and customers, and in the consumer goods that she creates, produces, markets, and sells in the wholesale and retail markets.

RoseMarie achieved the Top 1% in Sales Volume Honor Roll in a prominent Dallas real estate brokerage of more than 1,900 agents under seven years being new to Texas. She repeated this performance with Engel & Völkers, a Global Luxury Brand founded in Germany with their U.S. headquarter in Manhattan within her first 15 months of production. Dallas’ D MAGAZINE recognized RoseMarie with the Top Producing Real Estate Agent Award for 2020 and 2021.

She is the creator and co-host of HÔMCAST, a real estate podcast. An entrepreneur with a background in design, product development, manufacturing, wholesale and retail sales internationally that transcend into her passion for real estate on an international platform and for people in the products and programs she creates and spearheads in and outside of real estate.

A former athlete from a family of world-class swimmers, she has focus and discipline in her DNA. An early record holder in Quebec, at 13, she set out to become the youngest female swimmer to cross the English Channel. There’s a great story behind the stormy, 59°F (15°C) water between Calais and Dover; if you ask her, she’ll share a tale few experienced.

Born in Montreal, Canada, French-educated, she has a deep appreciation for her cultures’ richness. A scholar-athlete, she graduated high school at 16 with honors in Art; at 19, she signed her first commercial loan launching a start-up while still in college. Her creativity shaped new products sold across North America and impacted how Corporate America relocated employees in the 1990s through to today.


The brainchild of SIRVA’s SafetyNet UnBuyout with 30 years of experience in real estate spanning from Virginia, Florida, Texas, leading her to California, in 1997, the Employee Relocation Council, Washington DC, awarded RoseMarie with a Meritorious Award for her contributions to the industry. She was a Fortune 500 Company’s first-hired Corporate Relocation Manager responsible for a $17M budget in 1993. In this role, she created income-producing programs and accountable for 1,250 annual US relocations and international assignments, policy development, vendor contracts management, and training programs for more than seven years. Later directed sales in national relocation services before returning to residential real estate.

She executes, yet is relational, navigates with a mindset that having persistence, patience, passion, integrity, and grit in negotiations are more critical to successful outcomes than just knowing the markets and industries she works in and consults. Her network is proven and deep, and her clientèle is global and generational with circles of influence nurtured.
